immeuble des années 30, avec pour objectif de créer 2 chambres &amp; 2 salles de bain, tout en maintenant des pièces à vivre spacieuses, tel était le brief des propriétaires. Le parti-pris a été de théâtraliser l’entrée en y installant un grand ilot central multi-fonctions en quartzite et bois, et d’ouvrir la circulation de part et d’autre de cet espace. L’ensemble est confortable et très lumineux grâce aux multiples ouvertures, verrières et portes vitrées. globale Intention&nbsp;Comment donner une sensation d’espace dans 35m2, originellement 3 chambres de bonne d’un très bel immeuble haussmannien de Trocadéro, avec la contrainte d’aménager un séjour/ cuisine confortable où recevoir, une chambre dotée de placards et rangements, et une salle d’eau jolie et fonctionnelle ? Ici le choix a été d’ouvrir la cloison entre 2 des chambres et de créer l’accès sur cette pièce à vivre (salon/ cuisine) au moyen d’un sas distribuant d’un côté la salle d’eau, compacte et minérale, de l’autre les toilettes. Dégager toutes les fenêtres a permis de profiter de la lumière, des perspectives sur la tour Eiffel , et de faciliter l’accès aux balcons. La chambre reste confortable, avec son petit coin bureau et sa rangée de placards intégrés; l’un d’eux cache astucieusement un espace laundry. L’obsession a été d’utiliser chaque recoin, chaque sous-pente pour créer des rangements. ︎ Gestion de projet ︎&nbsp;Design d’intérieur&nbsp;︎ Positionnement / Lancement d’activité Intention&nbsp;Retrouver l’esprit d’origine de cette maison emblématique de Cadaques, et capitaliser sur son histoire : elle fut la propriété du «&nbsp;Capitaine Moore&nbsp;», secrétaire de Dali pendant 20 ans.Construite en 1962 par le célèbre architecte américain Peter Harnden selon un plan cubiste, sa réhabilitation pendant près de 2 ans sublime son architecture d’inspiration californienne des années 50, tout en privilégiant les matériaux traditionnels et artisanaux de la région. Le parti pris en décoration est de capitaliser sur la période Dalinienne et d’apporter modernité et confort, avec toujours la sobriété comme fil rouge.
